“Money is not a priority for us. Money and material resources have never been the goal in our business,” Haluk Bayraktar said. He emphasizes that the company’s friendship and cooperation with Ukraine has been going on for many years.

The head of the company reminded us that Bayraktar systems have been used in Ukraine since 2018.

“Therefore, no matter how much money they offer us, frankly, there is no question of handing drones over to them [Moscow – ed.] in this situation. During this period, all our support is completely on the side of Ukraine, as we have a very strong connection, and Ukraine is subjected to a very unfair, aggressive and unfounded attack,” the company’s general director emphasizes.

Haluk Bayraktar added that nothing would overshadow the company’s cooperation with Ukraine, and regardless of the amount offered, “our position on this matter is clear.”

When asked who decides to whom to supply military drones, Bayraktar replied that it is a decision of both the company and the Turkish state.
