“We will continue to support Ukraine politically, financially, humanitarianly. We have agreed to create a trust fund for Ukraine. In the short term, this will help support Ukraine, and in the long term – will provide massive investment to restore the economy and infrastructure.”

The President of the European Council also assured that EU support for Ukraine is “like a rock”.

“We are united as never. United in sanctions for Russia, united in applying pressure on the Kremlin, united in supporting Ukraine as we can. We know that we are together with the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and the Republic of Korea. Great Britain and many other countries around the world – we are ready to bear the brunt of the sanctions. And more importantly, unity, our unity of the European Union, our loyalty – is our main valuable contribution to ending the war and violence and helping to rebuild Ukraine.”- Michel is sure.
