The town of Shchastia in Luhansk region has remained without power as a result of firing by terrorists.
Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said this at a briefing on Thursday.
“A power line in Shchastia, which has long been under the control of the Ukrainian military, was damaged as a result of shelling by terrorists from the direction of Luhansk. This led to the shutdown of the 13th block of a thermal power plant,” Lysenko said.
