Switzerland convenes urgent OSCE Permanent Council meeting on Ukraine

Switzerland, which is holding the OSCE presidency, convenes an emergency meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council due to the situation in Ukraine.
Such an initiative was made by Switzerland’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Thomas Greminger, the Swiss OSCE Chairmanship reported via Twitter.
The meeting will be held at OSCE headquarters in Vienna at 11.00 local time (12.00 Kyiv time).
As Ukrinform reported, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk on Thursday stressed the need to convene an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, the OSCE and the EU at the level of EU foreign ministers.
