Proceeds to the general fund of the budget fell by UAH 4.4 billion from Luhansk and Donetsk region, compared with the previous year, due to military operations in these regions.
Chairman of the State Fiscal Service Ihor Bilous unveiled such operational data, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Due to the tense situation in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, there is a shortfall of UAH 4.4 billion to the general fund of the state budget against the previous year,” he said.
Bilous also said that in the last month of summer, the State Fiscal Service collected payments that are about a quarter higher than last year: “UAH 26.8 billion came to the general fund of the budget, which is UAH 6 billion or 26.5% more against August 2013.”
UAH 35.8 billion was received by the consolidated budget, including UAH 27.8 billion- to the state budget, which is UAH 4.9 billion USD or 21.3% up against the previous year.
In January-August this year, the state budget received UAH 270.5 billion, equal to the last year data. These indicators, according to Bilous, were achieved through unshadowing of the economy.
