According to the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhii Haidai, the Svatove-Kreminna highway in the Luhansk region of Ukraine’s east is almost under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of October 28, 2022.

“We will not name the settlements, let the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine do it, but we can say that the strategic highway Svatove-Kreminna is almost under the control of the Ukrainian army. Despite the rainy weather, there has been some progress, small, but progress,” emphasized the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
Serhii Haidai urged Ukrainians to keep informational silence and wait for official messages from the General Staff.
“I hope that next week we will show photos and videos from the new liberated territories in the Luhansk region because we are directly preparing to enter these territories. There are people left, there are not many of them, but they are there and they must be supported,” concluded the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
