Russian military voluntarily raise the white flag and surrender in the south of Ukraine.

“They understand that new forces cannot be brought up from anywhere, although the command of the Russian occupying forces tries to simulate the bringing up of reserves by maneuvering. Units move from one direction to another, simulating the bringing up of forces. But their communication reveals that they have been here for a long time and the forces are at the finish line.”

The Head of the Press Center of the Operational Command “South” added that such a situation encourages Russians to lay down their arms and surrender.

“There are cases when they voluntarily raised the white flag, as well as cases when our soldiers during their work meet Russian occupiers who are ready to replenish the exchange fund.”
