The Solidarity party congress renamed the political force as “Bloc of Petro Poroshenko.”
Journalist Serhiy Leshchenko announced on Twitter.
“Solidarity was renamed as the party “Bloc of Petro Poroshenko.” Poroshenko himself entered the room at that moment,” Leshchenko said.
The congress also elected ex-Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko as party leader.
