Russians shelled the territory of the Donetsk region, 2 civilians were killed and 5 injured: photos

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration reported that the Russian army launched a rocket attack on the settlements of the Donetsk region (east of Ukraine) on March 2, 2023. Russian military killed two residents of the Donetsk region, and wounded another five.

According to Pavlo Kyryleno, Vuhledar and Bogoyavlenka were under Russian fire in the Volnovakha direction, there were no casualties.

“In the Donetsk direction, 3 houses were damaged in Tonenke in the Ocheretyn community; Severne was hit by an air missile, Kamianka was hit by artillery fire, Krasnohorivka was shelled by artillery and tanks. Avdiivka was hit by artillery fire three times during the night – the territory of three streets and an industrial zone was hit. In the morning there was artillery shelling of the residential quarter and an air missile attack on the territory of the Avdiivka Coke Plant,” informed Pavlo Kyrylenko.

In the Horlivka direction, in Bakhmut, 18 multi-storey buildings and a private house were damaged, and 1 person was wounded. Another 1 person was wounded in Zalizne of Toretsk community. In Kostiantynivka territorial community, 3 houses were damaged: in Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia and Dyliyivka. 14 houses were also damaged in Vasyukivka of Soledar territorial community.

“In the Lysychansk direction, 3 houses were destroyed and 10 damaged in Pereizne of Zvanivka territorial community. Several private houses were damaged in Siversk, and 7 missile “arrivals” were recorded in Torske and Zarichne of the Lyman community,” added the head of the Donetsk regional military administration.
