“Due to the lack of success of the ground phase of the operation, the enemy continues to actively launch missile and bomb strikes on important military and civilian infrastructure using operational-tactical aviation, high-precision missile weapons, and indiscriminate munitions. The enemy is trying to form and move reserves to the borders of Ukraine.
Due to the poor level of personnel of the 1st Army Corps in the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, Russian representatives continue to forcibly mobilize the local population in the cities of Horlivka, Yenakiieve, and nearby settlements. After undergoing a rapid training course, the occupiers plan to strengthen the units with heavy casualties near Avdiivka and Izyum”.
