Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration informed that Russian soldiers carried out 68 shellings of the Kherson region, and Kherson was shelled 4 times on April 13, 2023. Two civilians were killed and four more were injured.

“Over the last day, the Russian army carried out 68 shellings, firing 280 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs and aviation. The Russian army shelled the city of Kherson 4 times. Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the populated areas of the region; the territory of the educational institution in the village Zmiivka and park zone in Kherson were damaged,” reported the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Two civilians were killed, and four were injured due to the Russian aggression on April 13, 2023.
“In the village of Zmiivka, Russian projectile hit a school, as a result of which a local resident was killed. Also in Kherson, a man who was in the epicenter of the shelling received injuries and died,” added the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
