The Communications Department of the National Police of Ukraine informed on April 11, 2023, that Russian troops again shelled the Beryslav and Kherson districts, the city of Kherson and its suburbs with multiple rocket launchers, artillery, mortars, and aviation. As a result, a man was killed.

The church and civil buildings, summer houses in the coastal areas, as well as apartment buildings came under Russian fire in Kherson.
“Russian soldiers once again carried out airstrikes with guided bombs on the city of Beryslav, the village of Kozatske and the village of Vesele. In Beryslav, hits were recorded on the territory of the enterprise, large-scale fires broke out at the sites of destruction,” explained the Communications Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
Russian shelling also damaged power line, the territory of the port in Kherson, as well as at the enterprise in the village of Dniprovske and in the city of Beryslav.
A 70-year-old fisherman who went out on a boat to fish on the river died in the village of Olhivka as a result of shelling by Russian military. The man was wounded in the thigh and died of blood loss.
