The head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration Dmytro Lunin noted that at night on February 16, 2023, Russian troops launched a missile attack on a critical infrastructure facility in Kremenchuk, the Poltava region (central Ukraine).

“During the night massive attack in the Poltava region, a group of Russian UAVs was recorded, in particular in the Poltava region. Ukrainian air defense equipment was working. The Russian army also fired missiles at the territory of the region. Two of them targeted a critical infrastructure facility in Kremenchuk. There have been no deaths or injuries,” informed the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.

At night of February 16, 202, Russia carried out another massive missile attack on Ukraine, including the use of UAVs. As a result, there are hits in four regions – in the north, as well as in Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions. Later, the Air Force of Ukraine reported that Ukrainian aviation destroyed 16 of the 32 launched Russian missiles.
