“At a time when some representatives of the Russian side voice theses about a “Christmas truce” [January 6-7 – ed.], reality shows that the word “peace” has nothing to do with the Russian Federation at all,” explained the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

According to Dmytro Lubinets, for the second week already, the Russian military is not allowing evacuation through the “corridor of life” in the Zaporizhzhia region.

“During this time, only one person passed through the corridor to the territory of free Ukraine. He was a man who, by the way, was forced to become a collaborator. And because of his refusal, he was brought off to Vasylivka, and he walked 15 kilometers to Kamianske,” added the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
