Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones and S-300 missiles, 3 civilians were injured

Oleksandr Starukh, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration said that Russian soldiers continued nightly shelling of the Zaporizhzhia region (south of Ukraine). In particular, they used S-300 missiles and combat drones to attack the civilian population of the region on December 7, 2022.

“Russian troops continue the nightly terror of our peaceful lands. This night, the Russian army attacked two communities of the Zaporizhzhia region with drones and S-300 missiles,” wrote the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.

In one of the villages, 2 houses were destroyed, and 8 more were damaged. It is previously known about three wounded, including a 15-year-old girl.

In another village, as a result of a rocket explosion, one house was destroyed, and another 10 were damaged. People, fortunately, remained intact.

“There could have been much more casualties and destruction if the Defense Forces of Ukraine had not shot down half a dozen UAVs,” concluded the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
