The Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak informed on April 28, 2023, that early in the morning, the Russian army launched a massive attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region (east of Ukraine). “A private house was destroyed in Dnipro. A 2-year-old girl died and a 31-year-old woman. Three people were injured. A 58-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman were taken to the hospital in a moderate condition. The 31-year-old man will be treated on an outpatient basis,” explained the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
Russian rocket attack also destroyed a private building enterprise. There was a fire there. It has already been extinguished.
“In addition, firefighters are also working on another object, which was damaged due to the Russian attack. The building base is on fire. The flames covered 400 square meters. At this moment, it was possible to extinguish it. A 70-year-old woman was injured. The doctors helped her,” added Serhiy Lysak.
