Russian troops shelled 2 cities in the Donetsk region, 1 civilian was wounded: photos

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration noted that Russian troops shelled Kurakhove and Kramatorsk (Donetsk region, east of Ukraine) in the morning on January 6, 2023. Houses and a hospital were damaged, and one person was injured.

“The day in Kurakhove began with Russian artillery fire. Russians shelled the city center, hitting 2 high-rise buildings and 1 private house. The department of the local hospital was also damaged – according to preliminary information, there is 1 injured person there,” wrote the head of the Donetsk regional military administration and published the relevant photos.

Pavlo Kyrylenko noted that this is not the first time Kurakhove has suffered such a blow.

In his turn, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported in Telegram that Russian troops had twice fired rockets at Kramatorsk.

“Kramatorsk. Russian troops hit the city with rockets twice. A private residential building was hit,” said Kyrylo Tymoshenko.

According to Kyrylo Tymoshenko, previously, there are no victims. Emergency services are currently on site.
