“The Russian army launched about 15 attacks on the city and the region. Russian troops are again targeting critical infrastructure facilities. Preliminary, a private residential building in the Kharkiv region was hit. Information about the victims and the extent of the damage is being clarified,” informed the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
The mayor of Kharkiv also added that a series of explosions was heard in Kharkiv.
“Energy infrastructure is in the sights. There are problems with electricity in some districts of Kharkiv,” reported the mayor of Kharkiv.
In addition, Russian troops shelled at least 18 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts of the Kharkiv region on March 8, 2023.
“During the day, the village of Dvorichna of the Kupyansk district and the city of Vovchansk of the Chuhuiv district were under intense Russian fire from mortars, multiple rocket launchers, tanks and combat aircraft,” added Oleg Sinegubov.
