Russian military shelled the Kharkiv region, houses and an educational institution were damaged

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov informed that the Russian army again shelled the border settlements of the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv and Kupyansk districts of the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) on March 6, 2023.

In particular, Kozacha Lopan, Vovchansk, Dvorichna and other settlements were under the fire of Russian troops.

“The Russian army used multiple rocket launchers in the urban-type settlement Kozacha Lopan of the Kharkiv district. At least 4 residential buildings, outbuildings and a garage were damaged. The local fire station was also damaged,” reported the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

An educational institution was damaged by Russian shelling in Lyman, Vovchansk community of the Chuhuiv district. Residential buildings were also destroyed in Vovchansk.

“Fortunately, there were no casualties,” added Oleg Sinegubov.

In addition, according to the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine defused 96 Russian explosive objects in the Kharkiv region on March 6, 2023.
