“As befits terrorists, they [Russians – ed.] have civilian objects under their guns. There are about 32,000 such objects that have been damaged by Russian shells. These are primarily private or apartment buildings of civilians. Only 3% of the number of recorded shellings are military objects,” noted the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

According to Yevgen Yenin, objects of critical infrastructure also remain under the guns of the Russians. As of now, more than 700 objects of critical infrastructure – airfields, bridges, oil depots, electrical substations and the like were damaged by Russian shelling.

“Russian troops still have a maniacal desire to plunge Ukraine into darkness, and there is no reason to believe that they will stop,” said Yevgen Yenin.

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine also reported that today 524 settlements in 7 regions of Ukraine have problems with electricity supply due to Russian missile attacks.
