Russian military personnel continue to destroy the villages of the region, shelling them with heavy weapons. The settlements of Novovorontsovka, Bila Krynytsia, and the villages of Trudolyubivka, Veremiivka and Bilohirka were under Russian fire. Private houses were hit, their damage and destruction were recorded, citizens’ property was destroyed and there are injured. As a result of shelling, there is no energy and water supply in some settlements.”

In addition, the law enforcement officers note that Russian soldiers continue to kidnap people in the occupied territories, subjecting them to torture, as a method of intimidation and suppression of resistance. In particular, Russians kidnapped 3 men from among officials and educators in Kakhovka.

As reported, there are almost no public and private institutions left in Kherson that were not captured by Russian forces.
