Russian President confirmed that he heads a terrorist state and purposefully strikes Ukraine

The spokesperson for Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence said on September 18, 2022, that Russia’s attacks on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, Kharkiv thermal power plant, and hydroelectric facilities in Kryvyi Rih were direct terrorism on the part of the country and its leadership.

Russia is purposefully hitting critical infrastructure facilities, energy infrastructure, and civilian facilities in Ukraine in order to leave millions of people without light, heat, and transport links on the eve of winter.

“Putin’s statements are an important aspect because a crucial component of a terrorist organization is taking responsibility when terrorists say that they have committed a crime. Putin, as the leader of a terrorist state, confirmed to the whole world his status and said that Russia purposefully hit Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities, energy infrastructure, and civilian facilities.”

According to the spokesman, the Russian Federation is destroying the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine also because it has not had an adequate number of high-precision weapons.

“Russia is firing X-class missiles at Ukraine – these are outdated Soviet missiles that mostly destroy civilian infrastructure, as well as the S-300 complexes, which are supposed to work as an air defense system, but are used for ground purposes. They hardly harm defensive targets, but civilian one is being destroyed.”
