The Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko reported that a child was injured as a result of a rocket fired by the troops of the Russian Federation at the city of Ukrainka in the Kyiv region on April 28, 2023.

“Unfortunately, a high-rise building was hit in the city of Ukrainka as a result of falling debris from a Russian rocket. As a result, apartments on the 5th and 6th floors were damaged. The fire was contained at 5:30 a.m. A child was injured – the girl was taken to Ohmatdyt,” said the Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
According to the information of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko, two people were injured in Ukrainka.
In addition, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration said that 11 Russian missiles and 2 UAVs were shot down in the airspace over the capital.
“Previously, as a result of falling debris, a local power line was cut off and the road surface was damaged in the Obolonskyi District of the capital. There were no casualties among the civilian population and no destruction of residential facilities or infrastructure,” added the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
