Russian military shelled the Kherson region 81 times, damaging critical infrastructure facilities

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported that Russian troops hit the Kherson region with artillery, multiple rocket launchers and mortars on December 29, 2022. As a result critical infrastructure facilities, businesses and houses were damaged, as well as 1 person was injured.

“Russian soldiers shelled the territory of the Kherson region 81 times. They attacked the peaceful settlements of the region with artillery, multiple rocket launchers and mortars. The Russian army also attacked Kherson 27 times. Russian shells hit the store, critical infrastructure facilities, industrial enterprises, private and apartment buildings,” clarified the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

Unfortunately, Russian shelling injured one civilian in the Kherson region.

“Last day, one person was injured due to Russian shelling”, added Yaroslav Yanushevych.

Earlier, Russian military shelled a village in the Kherson region: a 14-year-old child was among the wounded.
