The Russian army is degrading and declining to the level of World War II.

“The Russian army is declining and degrading to the level of the Second World War. Russia does not have the freedom of maneuver to bring up ammunition to arrange a barrage of fire. The occupiers cannot launch a lot of aircraft, because there are no cruise missiles and landing divisions. Everything advanced and modern is no longer in Russia.”

According to an expert, the Russian Federation has no ability to maneuver and only mobilization remains.

“The development of the course of hostilities will depend on the success of the mobilization in Russia. If it is possible to gather enough meat [personnel – ed.], the Russian authorities will send it into battle in the first echelon. Putin has no corridor for maneuver. The only thing Putin can do is to conduct a covert mobilization and send manpower forward because tanks are a target for drones, and warehouses are hit with HIMARS. There is no way to maneuver,” the expert concluded.
