Russia to send another ‘humanitarian convoy’ to Ukraine in next few days

Russia has notified Ukraine that it plans to send another “humanitarian convoy” to the Donbas using the previous route.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this at a briefing in Moscow on Monday, RIA Novosti reported.
“Russia has notified Ukraine of its intention to send another humanitarian convoy using the same route in the next few days,” Lavrov said.
As reported, a Russian “humanitarian aid” convoy entered Luhansk region without the consent of Ukraine on August 22. The United States, the EU and NATO condemned this invasion. The convoy returned to Russia on August 23. The Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council said that Russian trucks went not empty when leaving Ukraine: they were removing equipment from several strategic defense plants in Ukraine.
