Russia shelled residential building in Kharkiv, 1 civilian was killed, and 3 were injured: photos

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov noted that Russian troops shelled a four-story residential building in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv (east of Ukraine) on January 29, 2023. As a result, one civilian was killed, and three others were injured.

“Yesterday, around 11:00 p.m., the Russian army launched another rocket attack on Kharkiv. Previously, Russian troops used the S-300 air defense system. The rocket hit a 4-story residential building in the Kyiv district. The upper floors and the roof of the building were destroyed, and there was a large-scale fire,” emphasized the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

Unfortunately, an elderly woman was killed. 3 more residents of the building were injured. At 3:20 a.m. the fire was extinguished. Rescue operations are still ongoing.

“Three civilians received minor injuries. Unfortunately, an elderly woman was killed. Her husband was nearby at the time of the shelling and was not seriously injured,” added the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
