Russia shelled hospital and residential building in the Kharkiv region, killing 2 civilians

The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov noted on November 23, 2022, that Russian troops continue to kill civilians. They shelled the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region (east of Ukraine) and killed 2 civilians.

“Kupyansk, the Kharkiv region. Russian soldiers shelled the city. A residential building and a hospital are under attack,” said the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

According to Oleg Sinegubov, two bystanders were killed as a result of the Russian shelling.

Later, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration clarified that a 9-story residential building and a hospital were damaged.

“Another act of terrorism by Russians. Around 07:40 a.m., shelling took place in the city of Kupyansk. A 9-story residential building and a building of hospital were damaged. Unfortunately, 2 people died – a 55-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man, 1 man was hospitalized, and 1 was given help on the spot,” said Oleg Sinegubov.
