“The Russian army continues to launch rocket attacks on the civilian infrastructure of the Kherson region, in particular, on power lines, educational and preschool institutions,” noted the police of the Kherson region.

It is noted that Russian troops once again shelled the recently liberated settlements of the Beryslav district close to the combat zone. Private houses, solar power plants, and agricultural machinery were destroyed by “Grad” multiple rocket launcher and artillery installations. There are injured and dead people. Russian rockets hit the building of a secondary school in the village of Zolota Balka, after which a fire broke out there, without casualties. In some villages there is not a single surviving shop, pharmacy or cafe, and people’s houses are not suitable for living.

An electric pole, which was previously used to ensure the village’s electricity supply, was damaged as a result of Russian shelling from the multiple-launch rocket system outside the village of Velyka Oleksandrivka. Russian soldiers do not give the energy workers the opportunity to restore the electricity supply in the recently liberated settlements of Ukraine because of constant shelling and deliberate destruction of electrical poles.

The police of the Kherson region opened 45 criminal proceedings based on the facts of Russian aggression on November 7, 2022.
