Russia launched a missile attack on Ukraine’s southern region: infrastructure facility is damaged

Serhiy Bratchuk, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration said that the troops of the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on the Odesa region (south of Ukraine). As a result, the infrastructure facility was damaged on October 17, 2022.

“Missile attack on the Odesa region from the direction of the Black Sea. Su-35 aircraft. Kh-59 missile [Russia used Su-35 warplane with Kh-59 missile – ed. ]. One of the infrastructure facilities was hit. No casualties,” head of the Odesa Regional State Administration emphasized.

Operational Command “South” also commented on the event.

“Continuing to terrorize the southern regions, Russia launched a missile attack on Odesa. An Kh-59 missile was fired from the direction of the Black Sea, from a Su-35 aircraft, which hit one of the region’s infrastructure facilities,” Operational Command “South” noted.

It is noted that there were no human losses.
