Russia killed 16 Ukrainian civilians and injured 59 on March 24

Military Media Center reported that as a result of Russian shelling last day, 16 Ukrainian civilians were killed and 59 were injured.

“Previously, 16 civilians were killed and 59 were injured,” informed the Military Media Center.

According to the media platform of Ukraine’s defence and security forces, 119 settlements of Ukraine were shelled at from various types of weapons – mortars, tanks, artillery, anti-aircraft missiles, S-300 air defense systems, Lancet UAVs, Oniks cruise missiles, and tactical aircraft. 63 objects of infrastructure were hit.

Russian troops shelled the territory of 8 regions of Ukraine on March 24, 2023. In particular, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions were shelled by Russian military.

Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration added that Russians killed 2 residents of the Donetsk region: in Bakhmut and Orlivka on March 24, 2023. 3 more people in the region were injured.
