“Russia has never given Ukraine the opportunity to supply the temporarily occupied territory with medical supplies through humanitarian corridors since the beginning of the war.”

According to him, Russia does not allow the temporarily occupied Kherson Oblast (south of Ukraine) to be supplied with medicines, while “such cynical cases occur when the occupying forces take goods from volunteers and pass them off as supplies from Russia.”

“The Ministry of Health appealed to international partners – the Red Cross, the World Health Organization, the Doctors Without Borders organization, but did not receive any security guarantees or confirmations of the organization of humanitarian corridors.”

At the same time, he emphasized that the state program for reimbursement of the cost of medicines “Affordable Medicines” is working in the frontline regions, as well as points for dispensing medicines that come as humanitarian aid.
