“A total of 126 attacks on Ukraine’s power system have been carried out since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. 92 of them were in October and November, on the eve of winter,” said the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

The Prosecutor General’s Office notes that such actions correspond to one of the signs of genocide specified in the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide – the deliberate creation of conditions impossible for life.

Other signs of genocide, according to the Convention are: the killing of members of a protected group; causing serious bodily harm or mental disorder to members of such a group; prevention of childbirth in the environment of such a group; forcible transfer of children from one human group to another.
