Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has begun his first official visit to the Republic of Slovenia at the invitation of Slovenian President Borut Pahor, according to the president`s press service.
The agenda of the visit includes Petro Poroshenko`s negotiations with Slovenian President Borut Pahor, Prime Minister Miro Cerar, and Speaker of the National Assembly Milan Brglez, the press service said.
The President will also have a meeting with leading Slovenian businessmen, inter alia, those working on the Ukrainian market.
In the framework of the visit, a series of bilateral documents will be signed.
