Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has agreed during a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on a lasting ceasefire in Donbas, the press service of the Ukrainian president has reported.
“Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko had a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The conversation resulted in an agreement on a lasting ceasefire in Donbas. Mutual understanding was achieved on the steps that would promote the establishment of peace,” reads the statement.
