“Poland will do everything possible to help Ukraine become a member of the European Union. Only Ukraine has the right to decide its future, no decisions without Ukraine.”
According to the President of Poland, Ukrainian citizens who found themselves in Poland as a result of hostilities in Ukraine are guests of his country.
“If the world sacrifices Ukraine for its peace of mind, economic interests, or political ambitions, at least an inch of its territory and a piece of its sovereignty – it will be a huge blow not only to the Ukrainian people but to the entire Western community.”
“He also stressed the importance of coordinated, strong sanctions pressure on Russia. It is necessary to isolate it at the international level and stop doing business as usual.”
In addition, according to Andrzej Duda, sanctions are needed to affect Russia’s image, including expulsions from international organizations, sports associations, etc.
