Poland will expel about 40 Russian diplomats for their activities incompatible with diplomatic status that is, espionage.

According to the information received, the Russian Ambassador to Poland Sergei Andreev was urgently summoned to the headquarters of the Polish Foreign Ministry on Wednesday morning.

The list of Russian diplomats who, according to the Polish authorities, carried out activities in Poland incompatible with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations includes about 40 names. In particular, employees of the Russian Embassy in Warsaw.

All these diplomats posed a threat to the security of the Republic of Poland, and their activities can be considered acts of espionage in favor of a foreign state.

This information will be officially released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday afternoon.
