In Debaltseve, rotation of personnel is held at the joint center for control and coordination of the ceasefire and stabilization of the boundary sides.
Acting chief of the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vladyslav Selezniov told a briefing in Kyiv, Ukrinform’s correspondent reported.
“In the settlement of Debaltseve, a scheduled rotation lasts of representatives of the joint control and coordination center that operates within the framework of the Minsk agreements, which Ukraine strictly observes,” said Selezniov.
According to him, 76 Russian soldiers, led by Major General Alexander Vyaznikov, arrived in Debaltseve, replacing the Russians, who were there for the recent three months.
Rotation is performed also in the Ukrainian part of the joint center, it will be headed by Major General Oleksandr Rozmaznin, the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces added.
