A total of 280 people’s deputies supported the draft law.

The document stipulates that there must be a section on civil protection engineering and technical measures in the project documentation for objects. It is forbidden to approve the documentation without such a section.

It is also necessary that people with limited physical abilities and other less mobile groups of the population have access to bomb shelters in new buildings.

The draft law provides for the creation of three new electronic registers that will contain data on addresses, buildings and structures, administrative-territorial units and territorial communities.

This will help solve problems related to real estate accounting, create prerequisites for protecting the right of ownership of real estate objects and develop the taxation system. In addition, the registers will be an important resource for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
