The diplomat called NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg’s statement that the Alliance could not allow the war to spread beyond Ukraine “shameful.” According to the Polish ambassador, NATO’s task is not to wait and protect its borders, but to actively oppose every international crime in the world.

Poland, Slovenia, and the Baltic states understand that Russia will attack further in the absence of a joint response to the aggression in Ukraine.

“This is not a war for Mariupol, Kharkiv, or Kyiv, but for people to become unfree throughout our region, for the decisive role in the international relations to be by force, not by law. We must be active here, to defeat this criminal attempt on the part of Russia”, – the Ambassador of Poland is convinced.
