Naftogaz Supervisory Board now headed by 1st Deputy Economy Minister

The Supervisory Board of Ukraine`s largest state energy holding NSJC Naftogaz of Ukraine is now headed by First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Yuliya Kovaliv, the press service of the energy holding said.
”Yuliya Kovaliv has been elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board,” the report says.
According to the press service, Paul Warwick became Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board and Head of the Committee on Appointments and Remuneration, Charles Proctor – Head of the Audit Committee, Dr. Marcus Richards – Head of the Ethics Committee.
It is also reported that the first meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Board was held on Wednesday, May 11. The next meeting of the Supervisory Board and committees, as well as working meetings of the Supervisory Board are scheduled for May 12-13, 2016.
