The intelligence of Ukraine does not rule out that Russia, with the help of propaganda, is preparing to announce mobilization in the country to participate in the war against Ukraine.

“As of today, we have begun to collect information – such mobilizing informational rhetoric has greatly increased in the Russian Federation. Russian political figures say yes, there is a war, and that the Russian army cannot cope, it is necessary to declare war and mobilize men. Again, at the same time, they say that they would wage war not just with Ukraine, but with NATO and the USA because they are fighting on the side of Ukraine.”
Ukraine’s intelligence said that the question of the introduction of mobilization had been discussed in Russia since the beginning of the war. The Russian army has suffered significant losses over the past seven months, and after the start of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the need to fill gaps in personnel has become an increasingly acute problem for the Russian Federation.
The announcement of mobilization in Russia will be a significant blow to Vladimir Putin’s regime because it will be a confirmation of the failure of the so-called “special operation” and the fact that the war is actually going on.
The intelligence representative also believes that this will play into the hands of Ukraine. There is really a weak protest sentiment in the Russian Federation, but representatives of the youth do not want to go to war, and the continuation of the so-called “special military operation” is mainly supported by the elderly.
“Young people of 20-30 years old – will go to fight. Because of this, the announcement of general mobilization will be an indicator that will show how ready the Russian people are for the continuation of this bloody war.”
