Kremlin: troops movements across Russia pose no threat to neighbors – TASS

Russian troops` movements across the country`s territory pose no threat to neighboring states, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday, according to Russian news agency TASS.
”As for the deployment of our military formations here and there, this is the sovereign right of the Russian Federation to move our troops across the entire territory of the country,” the presidential spokesman said, TASS wrote.
”These movements do not threaten in any way our neighbors,” the Kremlin spokesman said.
The presidential spokesman thus responded to a request to explain why Russia was deploying a division in the southern Rostov Region on the border with Ukraine.
As the Kremlin spokesman said, Moscow ”does not perceive these accusations [about Russia`s participation in the Donbas conflict].”
”We do not agree with them [with such accusations],” the Kremlin spokesman said.
