Klimkin proposes holding NATO session in Kyiv and OSCE meeting in Mariupol

It would be expedient to hold the next meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Mariupol and a NATO session in Kyiv.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin wrote this on his Twitter page on Thursday.
“It would be useful to hold the next meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Mariupol instead of Vienna and a NATO session in Kyiv before or after Newport,” the minister said.
As reported, the Swiss OSCE Chairmanship convened an emergency meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna to discuss the situation in Ukraine.
The next NATO summit is to be held on September 4 and 5 in Newport in Wales (Britain).
