Italy, Romania, Belgium, Bulgaria and Lithuania close ports to Russian ships.

The ban will take into force on April 17. It will apply not only to ships flying the Russian flag, but also to those that changed the flag after the beginning of full-scale Russian war against Ukraine on February 24.
