Interpol has placed fugitive Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, former Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and a number of other former Ukrainian officials on the international wanted list.
Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov reported this on his Facebook page.
“Those placed on the international wanted list of Interpol (red notice – detention for extradition to Ukraine) are Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych, Oleksandr Viktorovych Yanukovych, Mykola Yanovych Azarov, Raisa Vasylivna Bohatyriova, [former Ukrainian Finance Minister] Yuriy Kolobov, [former Ukrtelecom head] Heorhiy Dzekon,” Avakov wrote.
Respective information has also been posted on Interpol’s website.
