According to the Minister, he called for IAEA specialists to be sent immediately, as Ukraine was and remains an open and transparent country.

“In a conversation with Director General Rafael Grossi, I officially invited the IAEA to immediately send experts to peaceful facilities in Ukraine, which the Russian Federation falsely describes as sites for the development of a “dirty bomb.” He [Director General of the IAEA – ed.] agreed. Unlike Russia, Ukraine was and remains transparent. We have no what to hide,” the Ukrainian Foreign Minister wrote on Twitter.

Uaposition memo: Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, in a conversation with his Turkish colleague on October 23, 2022, issued a fake about Ukraine’s alleged preparation for the use of a “dirty bomb” – a possible radiological weapon that combines radioactive material with conventional explosives.
