The budget of Ukraine for 2015 should be adopted with taking into consideration decentralization.
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Hroisman told a briefing, a Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“In December, we should complete the fiscal year and start a new fiscal year from January. It is important that the budget 2015 was based on the conditions, rules and legislation on power decentralization. We should fulfill what we promised,” Hroisman said.
Recall, MP from the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko Volodymyr Hroisman was elected Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada November 27. 359 MPs voted for this. Hroisman’s candidature was agreed with the coalition.
