Ukrainian government forces are continuing the fight against terrorists in Luhansk, where maneuverable special operations groups (the Ukrainian Armed Forces, National Guard and infantry) are operating.
An adviser to the interior minister, Zorian Shkiriak, who has just returned from the area of the anti-terrorist operation, said this at a briefing on Tuesday, a Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“These maneuverable groups are liberating quarter by quarter,” he said.
