“It is clear to me today that Ukraine is explicitly a part of Europe, so Ukraine’s very convincing application for membership – full-fledged membership – in the European Union is understandable to me. We insist on Ukraine’s full-fledged membership in the European Union. We want to carry out in-depth reform in the European Union, and it will also be a lesson from this war of aggression.”
